Do you have nutritional products or services?

Yes, LeanDream provides a nutritional analysis to supplement your workout plan. Our nutritional analysis has you fill out our intake form, where you document everything consumed for three days. Once you return the form filled out, we analyze your diet and provide written feedback summarizing the key pros and cons of your diet, along with a 30 minute consultation to discuss any questions you may have. Please note that LeanDream does not recommend specific food in the written analysis, but can discuss some healthy meal options during your consultation.

 

 

Online personal training plans include:

  • Custom Workout Plan - the workout plan is customized to your needs, schedule, and goals. We describe exactly what to do and when to do it.
  • Workout Videos - each exercise in your workout is uploaded onto your site for you to view. You'll see how to perform each exercise effectively and safely.
  • Instructions - explains how to read your workout
  • Website - each client gets their own login and password to a website where their workout plan materials are posted
  • Consultations - each consultation is on the phone or skype and lasts for fifteen minutes. Your personal trainer reviews your completed workout, discusses nutrition or tactics to coach you, and answers any questions you may have.
  • Workout adjustments - personal training is about adapting to each client to ensure they enjoy the workout, and the workout continues to push them to results. Workout adjustments vary with each client.
