Online personal training plans include:
- Custom Workout Plan - the workout plan is customized to your needs, schedule, and goals. We describe exactly what to do and when to do it.
- Workout Videos- each exercise in your workout is available on the web to view. You'll see how to perform each exercise effectively and safely.
- Instructions - explains how to read your workout
- Consultations (if purchased) - your personal trainer reviews your workout plan and progress, answers questions, and tells you how to properly adjust the weights to safely progress toward your goals.
In Person Training:
