Diet: Seniors simply need calories. Enjoy food, and aim to consume a variety. At the end of each week, take 10 minutes to write down the different vegetables and fruits you consumed. Also jot down the meats or protein sources you consumed and the different types of oils. If you find yourself over a few weeks without much variety, or one area deficient in items all together, you need to make some adjustments.
